We assist seniors and their adult children with managing the care needed to keep the highest level of functioning and independence through our Geriatric Care Management program. We offer coaching and consulting for Personal Care Home and Private Home Care start-up.
We are staffed with a RN to oversee supervision and training for all medical services. Our Lead Care Manager has over 15 years of experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals. Our Lead Consultant has over 30 years of experience with the start-up and operations of Personal Care Homes in the State of Georgia.
